Our co***ny is located in the JINNSN District of Tianjin, and far from the Tianjin Binhai International Airport 12kilometers, Tianjin Xingang port only 30 kilometers.
The products our co***ny mainly manufactures and exports: non- standard metal stamping parts according to the samples and drawings of customers, high-tensile washers F436/6916. According to the demand of DIN522, the general washers we mainly produce are: BS3410/4320, NFE25-513, AS1252-1973, ASTM/IFI and various screws and fasteners.
The materials used are : mils steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and copper.
Surface treatment: plain, zinc plated ( blue zinc plated, and yellow zinc plated), nickel plated, phosphating, black oxidation, zinc mechanically deposited, and hot &©|65533;&©|65533;&©|50713;p galvanizes etc.
Our co***ny has stamping workshop (including 80 cold heading machines), matched with zinc plated workshop and heat treatment workshop( including 2 advanced automation heat treatment equipments).
The products are mainly exported to USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Middle East, Southeast AISA and other countries and regions. The capability of annual production reaches 8,000 tons.
So far, 90% of our products have been wildly used in Europe and the United States markets.
